Hey guys, what’s up? We are at another weekend with the hot news of Jio’s 4G feature phone. It is no big deal for the Indians as they are habitual of the Jio blasts (just kidding). Yesterday, Jio Supremo Mukesh Ambani made a big announcement of launching Jio’s first 4G feature phone in the Indian market with the effective price of Rs.0.
Now his jio phone will be available for every single person who will pre-book it after 24 August 2017. Not to forget he has already conquered the Indian market with his Jio sim the last year. So, the big question now ‘Is Jio phone really free?’ Let’s find out the truth behind JioPhone.
It is no doubt that Mukesh Ambani is the richest man on this country. He is the top most entrepreneur of the country. He has the ability to provide phone to every single person on this country. But, he is a businessman afterall. What will be his profit in providing his to be launch JioPhone free of cost? Or is there any hidden profit of his behind this offer? Let me clear this issue.
Truth behind jio’s 4G phone
Guys, jio supremo announced that his company will be providing 4G Jio feature phone to every one who will pre-book it from 24 August 2017. The people have to deposit a security deposit of Rs.1500 which will be refunded to them after 3 years if they take the phone to the jio care centres.
Here, the company has played a big game with the people alluring them towards the phone will the line effectively free. You can better think that no phone is so strong to work for 3 years in good condition. There would be any problem with it. It may break, get immersed in water or the battery can be damaged. Three year is a big time. And suppose you take a good care of it for the due time, what if it got stolen. So if you want to buy it, you may go for it as an ordinary phone with some price of it. It is definitely a better option than all other feature phone available in the market but it doesn’t mean it is free.
The other thing with the phone is, it is not clear yet whether it support other sim than jio or not. It may be cumbersome for people to use the phone in most of the areas as till now most of the areas are not covered with the jio network.
So, guys I only suggest you to go for the phone as an ordinary one which has some price. And no one knows what might be the condition while delivering the phone. May God help people with the lines they faced last year (just kidding).
